About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic Business Development Representative (BDR) team in the acquisition of new business, focusing on cold calling and outbound sales techniques
- Develop and implement BDR sales strategies that align with overall business goals
- Become an expert in the Martech landscape to identify and pursue target industries and organizations
- Provide continuous coaching and mentorship to Strategic BDR team members to ensure skill development and a high level of performance
- Monitor and track team's progress and performance against established sales objectives and KPIs
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages team engagement, morale, and motivation
- Work closely with other teams, such as marketing, sales and operations, to ensure alignment and efficiency in sales processes
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments to sales strategies
- Attend industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to expand the company's professional network and stay informed on industry trends
- You will have a monthly SQO target. Your commission will be based upon the quantity of SQOs your team pass to the Sales team that are accepted.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You can cope with pressure without affecting your performance or decision-making.
- Proven track record in successful cold calling and lead generation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, and partners
- Experience in CRM management and utilization to drive sales effectiveness
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Interview process:
- 15mins call with Team Talent
- 30mins zoom call with Head of Sales
- Final 1 hour task based interview
