About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our executive team. This individual will be responsible for all revenue-generating elements within the organization and will play a pivotal role in driving both strong organic growth and strategic acquisitive growth. The CRO will ensure alignment across departments, foster strategic partnerships, and lead global revenue operations with a focus on scaling from £80M to £200M in ARR.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies to scale ARR from £80M to £200M.
- Drive strong organic growth while identifying and executing strategic acquisitions to complement expansion.
- Lead and coordinate all revenue functions with a focus on customer centricity and sustainable growth.
- Oversee the integration of acquired businesses to ensure seamless cultural and operational alignment.
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively acquire new strategic customers and manage senior client relationships.
- Ensure the needs of existing customers are met through regular engagement and feedback loops.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities.
- Set financial targets, develop budgets, and monitor performance using key revenue metrics.
- Establish and lead a high-performing global revenue team, fostering collaboration across regions.
- Implement revenue reporting systems and dashboards for senior leadership visibility.
- Contribute to hiring by defining top candidate profiles and participating in recruitment and evaluation.
About You
- Proven track record of scaling revenue from £80M to over £150M in ARR within three years.
- Extensive experience in leading global teams across multiple regions and time zones.
- Demonstrated success in integrating acquisitions and aligning them with core business operations.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Background in B2B SaaS or marketplace scale-ups is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for ownership and accountability.
- Deep understanding of sales, customer success, and revenue operations.
- Proficiency in forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a passion for digital innovation.
