Hi. I'm Michael and I'm Dotdigital's Product Director. I have a team of product managers, product designers and product content creators, spread over five countries and counting. We work together evolving Dotdigital into the most useful, powerful and pleasant-to-use customer experience and data platform. 

I've been working on digital products for over 20 years, starting off on Teletext (if you remember that, you're at least as old as me.) I am probably - directly or indirectly - responsible for more content in your inboxes, phones and other devices than either you or I would care to mention. Hopefully, most of them have been useful to you in some way.
