Hi! My name's Menna, and I'm proud to be the Global Learning and Development Manager at Dotdigital. I joined the company in September 2022 when this position was first introduced, reflecting Dotdigital's dedication to their peoples' professional development and growth. 

With 8 years of experience in the Learning and Development field, I've had the chance to collaborate with various companies and individuals, creating and implementing training, development or coaching programs to support their goals. My passion lies in empowering individuals to reach their full potential and fostering a culture of lifelong learning.

You'll see me working on many learning initiatives from Power Skills Labs to Leadership & Management Programs! I also collaborate with the rest of the People Team regularly to ensure our people are set up for success throughout their journey with Dotdigital.
