About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Partner Manager who can drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth in Japan. This role requires a highly motivated, autonomous professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can build strong, trust-based relationships with partners. You will be responsible for developing joint strategies, co-selling initiatives, and uncovering new opportunities to maximize partner-led growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow partner relationships: Build and maintain strong rapport with key partners to drive mutual success.
Lead partner-sourced pipeline: Generate and qualify leads through strategic partner engagement.
Develop joint go-to-market strategies: Collaborate with partners on co-selling and co-marketing initiatives.
Identify new opportunities: Proactively seek and close new business opportunities through partners.
Strategic planning: Work with partners to create long-term growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
Enablement and presentation: Deliver compelling presentations to partners and customers, both in-person and virtually.
Technology understanding: Leverage knowledge of SaaS and digital solutions to support partner success.
Collaborate with Team: Turn opportunities into successful deals and maximize revenue impact.
Act quickly and decisively: Execute plans with speed and precision to capitalize on market opportunities.

5+ years in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances (preferably in SaaS or technology).
Proven track record of driving partner-led revenue growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Native Japanese proficiency and strong English communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
