About the Role
As a member of the Professional Services team, you’ll play a hands-on role in building and deploying dynamic, personalized content for our clients using the Fresh Relevance & Dotdigital platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content blocks—such as banners, pop-ups, and product recommendations—using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and deploying them across email campaigns and websites. You’ll also configure platform features like segmentation, rules, and behavioural triggers to deliver tailored customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, a creative eye for detail, and a passion for eCommerce personalisation. Familiarity with templating languages (e.g., Jinja2 or Nunjucks), CRM platforms like Shopify or Magento, and tools like monday.com is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build personalized content blocks (e.g., banners, pop-ups, product recommendations) using HTML/JS/CSS.
- Deploy content across email campaigns and/or websites.
- Set up and manage dynamic content through the use of rules, segmentation, and triggers.
- Capturing and documenting the specifics of the implementation
- Setting up the customers’ accounts in line with their requirements
- Briefing colleagues in other teams to help deliver larger or more complex pieces of work
- Adopt a client first approach, maintaining clear communication with clients and offering expert guidance on Dotdigital's products and services.
- Collaborate with the Professional Services team, Sales, & Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction, becoming a product expert and trusted advisor throughout the process.

About You
- Experience working in a multi-channel digital role such as email, SMS and WhatsApp
- Working in a SaaS environment
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and JavaScript for custom content
- Familiarity with Fresh Relevance platform features (e.g., SmartBlocks, SmartContent, behavioral triggers)
- Understanding of email marketing, eCommerce, and customer journey mapping
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Self-motivated and innovative with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of eCommerce & CRM Solutions (Magento/Shopify) would be beneficial but not necessary
