About the Role
Work as a field-facing member of Dotdigital's Technology / Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partnerships team.
Your Day-To-Day activities
- Identify, qualify and recruit high-potential ISV partners that create value for Dotdigital, the partner and their customers
- Manage the partnership integration launch from onboarding to ongoing support and growth
- Manage a diverse array of technology platform partners at scale offering ongoing engagement and support to ensure they continually refer clients to Dotdigital
- Educate partners on Dotdigital’s value by regularly conducting enablement sessions, delivering presentations and platform feature demonstrations to various members of partner organizations
- Collaborate with high potential partners and foster their growth within the partner program by developing strategies that encourage the continuous pursuit of higher tiers
- Drive client adoption of partner integrations by educating sales, marketing, and customer success teams on the benefits of these solutions.
- Assist Dotdigital sales teams in the management of technology partner sales opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with the wider internal tech partner team and support partnership managers in achieving their business success metrics, partner sales revenue targets and partnership related projects.
Commercial
- Create new business referral opportunities (SQO's) from tech partners
- Support active opportunities through partner influencing where appropriate and applicable
Marketing & Events
- Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to launch new partner integrations, developing joint collateral and managing the launch lifecycle
- Establish opportunities for joint lead-gen, content and brand awareness go to market campaigns through partners (e.g. webinars, roundtable events, case-studies, white papers etc) for the marketing team to pursue and execute
- Participate in industry conferences, events and proactively engage in networking opportunities with current and potential partners.
General
- Leverage best practices from the field and working across Product, Marketing and Sales to define, refine and influence our joint value proposition, integration roadmap and competitive positioning in the market
- Identify insights and trends, and optimize performance based on those findings
- 25% travel as required to develop partner relationships
About You

- 3+ years of experience in partnerships or tech sales for SAAS or martech solutions, with expertise in cold calling, prospect qualification and scheduling demos
- A motivated, coachable, and determined individual. We don’t expect you to know everything yet, but if you can demonstrate a willingness and desire to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
- Impeccable work ethic. Someone who is willing to go the extra mile.
- You will be part of a wider Sales Team, so excellent written, verbal and problem-solving skills are a must.
- Native-level communication in English (written and spoken). A 2nd or 3rd language relevant to Dotdigital's target territories would be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy networking, public speaking, and cultivating relationships
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You can cope with pressure without affecting your performance or decision-making.
- Detail oriented, highly organized, can work independently and as part of a team
- Display a strong commitment to consistently reach established goals
- Aspiration to acquire the necessary expertise and competencies for a long-term career in partnerships, business development, sales and alliances.
