About the role
This hybrid role is based out of the London Bridge headquarters (London, United Kingdom), where we embrace a flexible office and remote working model, requiring a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will report to the Head of EMEA Marketing and concentrate on collaborating with Dotdigital's technology and service partners across the EMEA region. These partners are companies that join forces with us to foster mutual business development and growth.

In this dynamic role, you'll excel at building connections, nurturing relationships, and tackling challenges head-on where no two days are the same. We're searching for someone who can identify key initiatives with our partners and confidently back up their decisions by clearly demonstrating ROI.
Day-to-day, you'll be:
- Cultivating partner relationships and identifying revenue-driving opportunities.
- Collaborating with Dotdigital Partner Managers to execute co-marketing activities, including event sponsorships, workshops, webinars, and email campaigns, designed to generate leads with and through partners.
- Managing all aspects of event hosting, including strategy, materials creation, messaging, giveaways, vendor relations, registration, agenda scheduling, and on-site logistics.
- Project managing partner communications and developing partner newsletters.
- Leading external partner requests and coordinating with marketing functions such as Campaigns and Content to deliver on key initiatives.
- Showcasing the value of the Dotdigital partner network through a compelling prospectus.
- Strengthening and deepening relationships with partners while exploring new co-marketing campaign opportunities across digital, social, events, and thought leadership.
- Conducting quarterly budget reviews, ROI analysis, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Expertly prioritizing and managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines and budgets.

What experience are we looking for?
- Between 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably at a software business (Any partner marketing experience is a huge plus!)
- Familiarity with the B2B software sales cycle and leveraging partners for lead nurturing, opportunity progression, and accelerated closing.
- Awareness of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Expereince in tracking marketing activity ROI and taking responsibility for budget planning.
- A track record of executing multichannel marketing communications.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, including search, social, and online nurture journeys.
- Creativity and resourcefulness, with a hands-on attitude.
- Stellar partner and customer acumen.
- Impressive written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong commercial judgement and initiative.
- Able to work two day a week from our London Bridge office.
- Confident in presenting to and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with top-notch time management and proactive goal accountability.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Confidnent juggling multiple requests and confident enough to say no when needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing and able to travel internationally when/if needed.
- Experienced with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems or eager to learn.
- A team player who brings enthusiasm, a passion for work, and a results-driven attitude.
