Office and Facilities Manager
We have an exciting opportunity to join Dotdigital in as our Office and Facilities Manager. You’ll be responsible for managing our office and facilities portfolio, overseeing our colocation working arrangements and for managing a scalable solution to support our evolving team and ways of working. We currently have offices in London, Croydon, New York, Cape Town, Melbourne, Sydney, plus access to shared office spaces for other cities as well.
You’ll be reporting into the HR Director and working closely with our Legal, Finance and Business Solutions teams.
Day-to-day you’ll be based from our London Bridge and Croydon offices, and the role will include hands-on management of these offices in particular. This role provides business support to our teams across our global offices and is essential to the smooth functioning of our facilities operations.
Our ideal candidate will be able build strong relationships with employees and suppliers whilst ensuring processes are supported and maintained.
The role will centralise a number of responsibilities including Health and Safety, office maintenance and supplier relationships and then manage these going forward. We are proud holders of ISO14001, ISO27001 and ISO27701 and this role plays a key part of the regular adherence to process and also supporting the periodic audits that take place. A keen interest in environmental management within office-based business is essential.
You’ll own the business continuity plan, working with key stakeholders across the business. You’ll also play a key role in our regular SECR reporting.
