We’re looking for an Integrations Analyst to help us extend Dotdigital and integrate it further with other platforms.

Our market-leading SaaS platform empowers marketing, messaging, and ecommerce teams to create engaging and relevant marketing programmes, power transactional messaging, and orchestrate campaigns.
We’ve experienced continual growth in our business, since we began in 1999, and as part of that growth we now have a distributed global team across the world; with 150 people in the wider tech team, based in the UK, Poland, and South Africa. We look after our 4000 customers from the UK, USA, Australia, Singapore, and Japan and we’re proud to serve major brands like DHL, Converse and British Airways.
Dotdigital already has a wide variety of integrations, allowing our customers and partners to connect their own systems to Dotdigital. Whether those systems are CRM, e-commerce, or more, our off-the-shelf integrations offer powerful options for many customers. Just over a year ago we set our vision of being able to say “yes” any time a customer asks if we have an integration with their systems. Right now, we’ve built integrations with Google Sheets, Trustpilot, Yotpo and Eventbrite to name a few. We’ve got over a thousand active integrations and want to continue growing!
In this role, you’ll be working with four other Integration Analysts, Product Managers and QA Engineers to design and build workflows upon a marketing leading IPaaS platform. Using this low-code design system, you’ll be rapidly iterating and shipping integrations to help Dotdigital’s growing customer base get data in and out seamlessly. When Dotdigital’s API surface isn’t rich enough to support those integrations, you’ll be working with the team to extend APIs as appropriate.
You’ve got plenty of experience working with SaaS platforms and you’re aware of their API capabilities. That experience has led you to have a great understanding of data models and how they vary between different software systems. You’re a fluid communicator - whether within your team, or with customers; and you’re a talented collaborator too, talking to the right people at the right time. You have experience putting yourself in the shoes of the customer, too, and you want to help build the right thing, not just any thing. Ideally you’ll have some form of commercial programming or scripting experience.
- Experience using scripting or programming languages
- Understanding of data modelling
- Awareness of efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms
- Awareness of batch processing techniques and efficient API usage
- Good sense of initiative
- Experience working with Zapier, IFTT, Tray.io, ReTool or Microsoft's Power Platform
- Exposure to as many of the following as possible: REST, SOAP, GraphQL, JSON, XML and OAuth2
