We’re looking for a Corporate ICT Manager to join our team at Dotdigital

( Dotdigital is a global omni-channel marketing automation provider headquartered in London. Our market-leading platform empowers our clients marketing and ecommerce teams to create engaging and relevant email marketing programmes. As part of our continued growth, we have expanded our operations from the UK across the globe, with offices in Australia, Singapore, Belarus, South Africa and the US.

The role requires a professional with operational support experience perhaps gained in a larger organisation where formal processes are well established and can be duplicated in to dotdigital. You will offer both strong leadership skills and technical knowledge. 

You’ll be working across our entire corporate IT infrastructure within all our different office locations with regular travel between London Bridge and East Croydon to be expected. This is a hands-on role with full responsibility for ensuring our cloud-based back-office IT infrastructure is working efficiently. Day to day you’ll be working on our IT systems and user-base across our global offices. You will be provisioning equipment, services and making sure support is delivered to all stakeholders across the globe and liaising with managed service providers. There are also a number of administration duties including budget management, scheduling employee rotas, etc.  

You’ll be working closely with and managing a team of IT professionals and report into our Business Solutions Director on our IT and network strategy and how it meets business needs whilst controlling costs.  You will also be a member of the Business Solutions Leadership Team, working to align Corporate ICT strategy with the other members of the team.

You are likely to be an experienced ICT Manager,  working in a small Corporate / Internal ICT team where you are looking after a bit of everything! We’re looking for an organised, flexible, personable manager who can cope with the constantly changing environment that we experience as a growing business. You’ll have great verbal and written communication skills, be an excellent problem solver, along with good analytical skills.  You’ll also be an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills.



- Leading the Corporate ICT department including the future recruitment of team members, their development and day to day activities.
- Managing the internal IT Helpdesk, being involved and technically helping end users where required.
- Creating reports for management on the health of the Corporate ICT Helpdesk and services
- All of the Back Office / Corporate ICT systems and infrastructure which includes:
    - Office 365
    - Cloud Telephony
    - Azure IaaS/PaaS
    - Network infrastructure
- Project managing or acting as technical lead in projects relating to the improvement of the Corporate ICT
- Managing and maintaining vendor relationships  
- Internal and corporate licensing negotiation and management (Microsoft, Adobe, etc).
- Procurement and provisioning of hardware and software including laptops and smartphones.
- Managing IT assets and inventory, contract management, administration, and renewals. Creating tender documents and opportunities where required
- Improvement and development of corporate ICT policies and procedures in line with ISO standards


Experience & Skills

- Experience of leading or managing a team
- Proven knowledge of Windows 10 in a remote-first environment
- Windows Server 2016 or newer
- Excellent customer service skils
- Office 365 suite
- Zendesk or other Helpdesk software
- Project Management
- Mobile devices in the enterprise
- Knowledge of any CRM systems
- Managing a small team
- Working across multiple regions
- ITIL Foundation

Desirable but not essential

- Familiar with Dell hardware
- Familiar with Microsoft Azure
- Contract management relating to 3rd party suppliers
- Managing an international team
- ISO 27001 experience
- Microsoft or Cisco certifications
- Looking after and supporting remote offices in EMEA, US and APAC
