Head of Marketing - Americas

We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic marketing leader to lead the Americas digital, field, and channel marketing effort to deliver marketing-sourced pipeline contribution goals for the region. The ideal candidate is an effective and highly metrics-driven marketer who has successful experience collaborating with global marketing teams to create impactful marketing strategies that scale.

You will be coaching and leading a few high-performing marketers to develop innovative programs and execute integrated campaigns to drive demand. An ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and obsessed with tracking performance and looking into data insights to constantly optimize demand funnel conversions. Close alignment and partnership with the field organization will be critical for success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demand generation for the Americas: Own regional digital marketing, including campaigns, webinars, online events, direct mail, and field and channel marketing programs.

- Develop regional marketing plan on a quarterly basis, with defined metrics and goals against budget and marketing pipeline contribution metrics. Lead strategic vertical campaigns.

- Track and report program performance by channel, vendor, and topic, and be able to present insights to the marketing leadership team.

- Apply best practices to achieve the growth objective for target segments. Help strategize and create our ABM pilot programs in the region for target accounts.  Drive funnel velocity activities to help improve MQL to Opportunity conversions.

- Collaborate with other geo marketing teams and share best practices for global campaigns, email nurture, and digital programs.

- Proactively engage regional sales leaders and support sales enablement efforts as needed, including campaign briefing, social amplification enablement, leads forecasting, leads handoff training and sales town hall presentations.

- Coach and manage a small team of experienced marketers to achieve their respective OKRs and developmental goals.

- Work closely with online marketing, content and brand marketing, and product marketing on a day-to-day basis. Support and contribute to the internal planning and execution processes that are ever-evolving and continually being optimized.


Skills & Requirements:

- 8+ years of demand generation and go-to-market that drove successful business expansion.

- Experience with the essential sales & marketing tech stack such as BuiltWith, Zoominfo, Outreach.io, Vidyard, etc.

- Skilled in using and drawing insights from various analytical tools, such as Dynamics 365, Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.

- A strong team player. Able to communicate well with different levels, including senior leadership in sales, operations, and finance.

- Great understanding of B2B channel marketing tactics. Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA a plus.
