We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to be based in our East Croydon tech hub, with experience working on data science and analysis projects, to join our product team.

Reporting to the Principal Product Manager of our Engagement Stream, you’ll be responsible for leading a new initiative to make our customers more successful through the intelligent use of their and their customers’ data.

Working alongside a small team of data scientists, two newly created development teams and our design team, you’ll be tasked with gaining a deep understanding of how our customers’ can use data to make smarter decisions and drive higher engagement. You’ll use this knowledge to create highly-scalable data storage, analysis and predictive capabilities, with beautifully designed and seamless UI and UX to match.

Ideally, you’ll have a solid understanding of the MarTech industry, with knowledge of customer data platforms, predictive and real-time orchestration, and single customer view.

As a Product Manager you will:

  • Specify market requirements for current and future data initiatives, after conducting thorough market research that includes competitor analysis, on-going interactions with customers and non-customers and discussions with partners
  • Be completely focused on ensuring our customers can use data to truly understand and act on their customers’ needs
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap that prioritises data projects that have the largest business impact for our customers
  • Develop in-depth specs that describe our customers’ use cases, edge-cases and define solutions that anticipate our customers’ every need
  • Drive these solutions across development teams, primarily with our Development and Platform Engineering teams and Marketing communications.
  • Manage the development project during release cycles, working closely with engineering
  • Support the product’s Go To Market strategy
  • Evangelise the product to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform product demos
  • Manage the product lifecycle
  • Monitor and report on progress


As a Product Manager you will have:

  • 4+ years digital Product Management experience, preferably within B2B Enterprise SaaS or a related field
  • Experience working with data-focused projects or a strong understanding of data-science and analysis from a product point of view 
  • Demonstrable exposure to and experience of core development skills information architecture, user journeys, wireframe design, testing and design briefs
  • Must be able to thrive in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution
  • Significant experience working in Agile environments
  • Proven ability to articulate business opportunities into actionable roadmaps through to implementation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
